24–48 hour dispatch
All orders are securely vacuum-sealed and dispatched in discreet packaging within 24 to 48 hours of payment verification.
Tracked domestic delivery
We ship via major domestic carriers. A real-time tracking number is sent automatically via email once your label is generated.

Every order ships in tamper-evident, unbranded packaging with temperature-appropriate protection for peptides and reagents.
International orders
International shipping is available to select regions. Customers are responsible for local customs duties, VAT, and import compliance.
Delivery & liability
Domestic (U.S.): Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International: Typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
Carrier delays & verified delivery: Nexeva Labs is not responsible for transit delays caused by carriers, nor for packages stolen after a verified delivery scan.
Address accuracy: Researchers must ensure their laboratory delivery address is completely accurate before submitting an order. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.
